 项目介绍：
嘉吉农业与贸易事业部大宗农产品交易培训生项目是一个专为培育大宗农产品交易人才而打造的定向培养项目。农业与贸易事业部业务覆盖谷物、油籽和油脂等核心大宗农产品领域，深度参与全球农产品价值链。
项目自 2018 年启动以来，已吸引众多优秀毕业生加入农产品期货交易团队，在系统培养与实战锻炼中，逐步成长为专业的大宗农产品交易员。
交易培训生项目依托农业与贸易事业部成熟完善的培养体系与多元优质的学习资源，不设过往实习方向或项目经验门槛，诚邀对大宗商品、期货交易与市场研究充满热忱的同学加入。
通过系统化培训、真实交易场景与资深交易员辅导，你将逐步建立交易逻辑、风险意识与市场判断能力，成长为能够独立承担交易职责的大宗农产品交易员。

岗位介绍：
1. Market Supply and Demand Management
-Gather, analyze, and input key information concerning the different agricultural products into the supply and demand balance sheet
-Manage and keep the local supply and demand up to date. Discuss locally and with the different trading desks in Cargill global
-Connect with the different merchants on feed demand and analyze and report the impacts in the market.
2. Market Price Analysis
-Monitor the different agricultural products’ prices in key locations
-Maintain and analyze daily cash prices and correlate them with commodity exchange futures prices
-Report price changes in the various regions, more specifically on how price changes affect import and export economics.
3. Positions and Trading
Assist the Trading Manager on covering different areas of risk management including but not limited to:
-Hedging cash purchases
-Trading futures
-Arbitrating between cash and futures, including delivery on the exchange
-Keep trading position spread sheet updated (Long and Short)
-Keep Cargill global trading team fully informed on major developments in the China commodity exchanges, cash markets and general environment in China
-Write daily recaps on the different commodities traded
-Write weekly recaps for the Chinese Risk Meeting on the different commodities traded
4. Import/Export business
-Daily communication with Cargill global trading teams and customers regarding market developments
-Conduct agency business for the different agricultural products
-Work together with other function teams to manage market and customer risk

-2027 Graduates, Master degree preferred
-Financial, economic, science and engineering majors preferred
-Strong analytical skills and commercial sense
-Proven numerical agility
-Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
