Step in production in case of technical problem (quality, shutdown, analyses) that can’t be solved directly by the production workshop team. Develop and coordinate the corrective actions plan to support production projects. Communicate with all the related departments the result of the process/production improvement project. Propose the projects to improve cost and capability. Define the savings/benefits and evaluate its cost and risk. Evaluate solutions to all technical problems related to the production process. Validate new Raw Materials. Organize and cooperate the scaling up in workshops with R&D technical manager/engineer. Test the new process/equipment as proposed by equipment suppliers. Involve in the complaint handling and implement corrective actions. Participate in the quality audit (customers or internal audits). Guarantee that the process/product in compliance with the regulations. Define and follow up the online control point to guarantee the process and product compliance. Support training the operators and first line supervisor and make sure the understanding of the policy. To ensure all operations are controlled including the information/physical management measures. Fluent in both written and oral English. 帝斯曼2019青年人才计划-发酵工程师（江苏靖江） Job Content Support laboratory fermentation research and tissue pilot-scale, timely submission of experimental reports, validation and optimization of fermentation process. Evaluate new raw materials and provide support for production and quality. Ability to independently analyze problems in the fermentation process and work with production engineers to solve the problems of bacterial contamination and fermentation fluctuation. Participate in the formulation of production processes, investment budgets and equipment selection for fermentation processes. Complete the analysis report on the quality, safety, yield, cost, raw materials, by-products, waste and labor of the fermentation process. Draft and improve the standard operating procedures for new processes or products, training relevant operators, and assisting the workshop in supervising and managing the implementation of standard operations before handing them over to the fermentation engineers in the workshop. After completion of the development, the complete new process (new product) operation method (process package) will be transferred to the fermentation workshop process engineer. Assist in improving the process flow chart (PFD), process and equipment flowchart (P&ID) in the fermentation workshop area. Participate in the discussion and implementation of the relevant technical information of the external resources in the fermentation area. Take part in and lead the development of related manufacturing processes in the fermentation area. Fluent in both written and oral English. 帝斯曼2019青年人才计划-污水处理工程师（江苏靖江） Job Content Familiar with legal legislation and DSM requirements of waste water treatment to assist Workshop Manager with full compliance and continuous efficiency improvement of waste water treatment. Assist Workshop Manager with daily technical operation and control measures. Responsible for related SOP preparation, update and employee trainings. Help educate, monitor and improve the capability of workshop employees for waste water treatment. Assist Workshop Manager to closely monitor the performance of waste water treatment, maintain the database, analyze the trend, review the potential risk and define the action plan accordingly. Assist Workshop Manager to follow up the completion of action plan and close the loop. Work in a responsible manner for SHE and Security, report all SHE and Security events, and comply with all SHE and Security requirements. Development Area Waste Water Treatment Expert Process Engineer, Production Engineer Workshop Manager Qualification Bachelor degree or above, major in water treatment or environmental engineering. Familiar with ISO, GMP, HACCP, SHE rules or other systems. Batch Record reviews and product release. Certification and statement preparation of (i.e. Allergen, residues solvents, Non-GMO, Non Irradiation etc.). QA monthly report and root cause analysis, supply audit, Support customer / 3rd party / DSM internal audit. Give training to staff from functional department (Production, Formula, Maintenance, purchasing, etc.) on quality system and regulatory (i.e. GMP, SOP, food safety laws and regulation). Handle customer questionnaire. Product stability testing programs and homogeneity / cleaning validation. Regular onsite inspection to verify the conformance of actual practices to the defined procedures to guarantee product quality, identify potential for further improvement and ensure the continued effectiveness and suitability of the Quality Management System. Development Area Will start from registration related, and gradually develop to be an expert. For long-term area, it will be defined by the combination of business needs and your personal interests. Coordinate execution of Manufex work processes. Analyse OEE, using proper tools and give advice for improving. Ensure quality of Manufex reporting. Contact with HQ Manufex team for transfer best practices to site. Guide and follow up implementation of AM system for AM in M&T, to meet DSM related requirements. Organize weekly AU and KOP meeting (ranking and show all PKs and gaps from KOP performance vs target); organize to discuss root causes of PKs/gaps and actions to eliminate them, follow up Action &decision list. Participate HAZOP study of VA powder/VE powder and support supervisors to fulfill JSA for routine job in VA powder/VE powder, help supervisors to finish incident investigation report. Support to monitor and develop Manufacturing Process Control Plans and use information to determine and implement corrective actions. Collecting and investigating improvement opportunities. Integrate, apply and develop it in order to develop new applicable natural ingredient for nutrition and personal care usage. Stay abreast of new developments in the area of expertise and advice on applicability in business group processes. Propose and evaluate new ideas and support the initiation of R&D proposals and projects in order to contribute to innovations and new concepts in the area of expertise. Execute the agreed research programs / experiments, evaluate it and report the results. Plan and organize execution of research activities in the field of responsibility aligned with Research Manager. Participate in assigned R&D project(s), in which the specific area of expertise has to be applied. Support and contribute registration and patent filing in the field of expertise. Establish and maintain an internal and external network in the area of expertise. Participate in publishing scientific publications / presentations; participate at scientific conferences and costumer events according to the need of the research activities. Keep up-to date with scientific literature. Provide guidance and coaching to operators, technicians, associated scientists. Comply with Safety Health Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) and other legal requirements. The holder must be fluent in Mandarin and English. Knowledge of German would be an advantage. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of modern synthetic methodologies and techniques. Experience in process chemistry and scale up would be an advantage. Application of modern analytical instruments to synthetic work is required. Experience of study or work abroad would be an advantage. |
