Title: Institutional Sales Summer Intern
Department: Equities Department
Location: Beijing/Shanghai/Shenzhen

Job Descriptions:
This position is to be taken on by Intern who will be mainly responsible for assisting the institutional sales in daily tasks such as information gathering and research report interpretation. The candidate is also expected to provide extra support to the team in terms of data analysis and other necessary support functions. The duties and relevant training he/she will undertake include, but are not limited to:

1. Market information gathering;
2. Research report interpretation;
3. Other data analysis support as and when necessary.

Requirements:
1. 2018 Bachelor, Master and MBA graduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities;
2. Economics or Finance majors preferred;
3. Proficient in both English and Chinese;
4. Passionate for financial market and sales job;
5. Effective communicator and strong self-starter;
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, integrating tact and diplomacy;
7. Self-confident and energetic.

Title: EDS(Equity Derivatives and Solutions) Summer Intern
Department: Equities Department
Location: Beijing/Shanghai/Shenzhen

Job Descriptions:
This position is responsible to work closely with EDS Team to provide support on derivatives sales, structuring, trading, risk management and operations. The job duties associated with this role include, but not limit to:

1. Working with Floor Specialist to form trading strategies;
2. Develop computation programs to excute high frequency trades and calculate risk exposures;
3. Other data analysis or operations related work.

Requirements:
1. 2018 Bachelor, Master and MBA graduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities;
2. Economics or Finance majors preferred;
3. Expertise in statistics, financial engineering, computer science, physics, or other quantitative knowledge is a plus;
4. Proficient in both English and Chinese;

Title: PB (Prime Brokerage) Summer Intern

Location: Beijing

Job Descriptions:
1. 检查PB中台的每个客户的估值表格；整理每日券源出借情况。
2. 负责融资类交易的清算，核对；
3. 协助交易员录入，匹配对冲头寸；
4. 协助销售准备客户交易前的文档
5. 协助前台业务人员，撰写新产品的流程
6. 交易差错的处理，客户的投诉处理与跟踪；

Requirements:
1. 具有国内知名院校会计相关专业本科或研究生学位，2018本科或硕士应届毕业生人选；
2. 有四大审计实习经验人选优先考虑；
3. 较强的英语听说读写译能力。
4. 较强的语言表达能力和文字处理能力；

Job Description
负责处理本部门的各项中台业务，为部门管理层和业务人员提供日常管理和运营支持，具体包括但不限于以下职责：
1. 为本部门提供日常运营支持，包括交易、开户、合规等事项；
2. ECRM系统上线后数据梳理和整理工作以及功能模块日常处理和优化；
3. 协助整理分析行业及二级市场各业务线发展情况等信息与数据处理工作；
4. 协助撰写或完善部门流程制度；
5. 协助梳理各级监管法规政策要求；
6. 协助管理部门台账；
7. 协助新业务、新产品的研究分析、撰写报告及信息搜集等支持工作；
8. 协助、支持本部门的账户管理和客户关系管理工作。

Qualifications
1. 2018本科或硕士应届毕业生，金融工程、统计学、计量经济学、计算机、数学或相关专业优先；
2. 有证券行业中后台实习工作经验或有数据统计分析工作经验者优先；
3. 有证券从业资格者优先。
4. 具备基本的金融市场知识；
5. 具备基本的计算机知识；
6. 具备较好的数理背景；
7. 能设计程序者优先；
8. 熟悉复杂办公软件使用者优先；
9. 熟悉证券行业者优先。
