Associate- Job Description
GGV Capital is a venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley and China that has been successfully partnering with leading technology entrepreneurs since 2000. With $2.7 billion under management across 6 funds, the GGV portfolio includes Alibaba, Didi Taxi, Youku, Qunar, Zendesk, Airbnb, Pandora and etc., which cover High-tech, internet, mobile, hardware, cloud and SaaS in the world’s two largest tech markets.

Due to our great expansion, we are now looking for passionate Associates focus on O2O, Enterprise, E-commence & IOT to join our China team base in Beijing or Shanghai:

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspect of investment activities which including but not limited to deal sourcing, generate quality deal flow, financial modeling, due diligence, evaluation, structure and execution of investment opportunities;
- Supervising and tracking of performance of Portfolio Companies, guiding and helping management with strategy planning; proactive influence and provide value add to portfolio companies and portfolio CEOs;
- Primary research on key interested sectors and produce research reports;
- Write-up of investment memos, quarterly portfolio reviews and status updates;

Requirements:
- MBA degree with a top US university;
- 3-4 years prior work experience at a VC/PE firm, investment bank, management consulting firm or internet company as Product Manager, previous exposure to TMT industry is highly desirable;
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, good business sense with understanding of full circle of VC investment;
- High initiative, self-starter requiring minimum supervision;
- Strong inter-personal skill, quick learner, self-motivated and have strong passion in VC industry;

基于公司的快速扩张，我们现在寻募有激情的投资经理加入中国团队，办公地点在北京或者上海，关注O2O,电商，企业互联网以及智能硬件领域。

工作职责：
- 负责投资相关的所有工作，包括但不限于寻找项目，财务建模，尽职调查，项目评估，以及投资项目的执行；
- 跟踪被投公司的业绩，指导和帮助被投企业战略规划；提供投后增值服务给被投企业以及公司CEO；
- 对特定领域的行业调研并出具研究报告；
- 投资计划书以及备忘录的撰写；被投企业的季度工作进展以及更新；

任职要求：
- MBA学历；
- 3-4年VC/PE，投资银行，管理咨询公司或互联网公司产品经理相关工作经验，具有互联网行业经验优先考虑；
- 极强的分析和财务建模能力，良好的商业意识对风险投资行业有一定了解；
- 积极主动，具有极强的自我驱动能力；
- 学习能力强，有上进心，对风险投资行业有强烈的热情；
