职位描述
岗位职责：
1. Do the CAD job for tape out , including DRC1, LO, DRC2, OPC, DRC3, Dummy, IP merge, LVS;
完成电脑辅助设计工作以达成光罩制作, 包括 DRC1, LO, DRC2, OPC, DRC3, DUMMY, IP 钳入,LVS；
2. Issue the major DRC error and inform the customer and the related engineer to solve it;
告知主要的 DRC 错误, 并通知工程单位或客户解决之；
3. Run the pattern density, and offer the data for manufacturing;
计算出 pattern density, 以符合生产线所需；
4. Offer complete CAD document to the customer; 提供完整电脑辅助设计文件；
5. Solve the customer’s CAD problem; 解决客户所遇到的电脑辅助设计问题；
6. Design the necessary pattern on the Frame , to make it manufacturable;
在 Frame 上放上必要的结构, 以利生产；
7. Do the necessary DRC checking on the Frame , to make it error free;
以 DRC 检查 Frame, 使之无误；
8. Before tape out, check the main chip data, to make sure there is no problem;
送资料到光罩公司前, 检查所有的资料, 以确保所有资料正确无误；
9. Communicate with mask shop to make the mask right; 和光罩公司沟通, 使光罩制作完全无误；
10.If GSMC received mask with defect, deal with the mask shop to fix the defect.
和光罩公司讨论如何处理光罩缺陷的问题。

岗位要求：
l 有半导体制造工厂工作经验者优先。 With experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing.
l 有良好的品格，团队合作和工作态度。 Good personality, team work and working spirit.
l 需要了解掩膜板的结构及其在生产中的应用。 Knowing about mask structure and application in Manufacture.
l 需要使用版图工具完成一些掩膜板相关的版图设计。
Familiar with some layout EDA tool and do mask related layout work.
l 需要使用EDA工具完成版图数据设计规则的检查。 Do DRC or LVS check for layout data with EDA tool.
l 需要为生产提供掩膜板相关的技术文件。 Do some technical paper work of mask for manufacture.
