Monolithic Power Systems 芯源系统有限公司（MPS）创建于1997年，总部位于美国加州的圣何塞，公司集设计、研发、制造、销售为一体，设计并制造高性能的模拟集成电路和混合信号集成电路产品，尤以大功率电源管理芯片见长。 Job Summary: Work with customers to create demand for MPS Products. Responsibilities: 1. Build relationships with End Customers, distributors, FAE and Marketing team. 2. Manage key customers. 3. Use influence to achieve sales goals and objectives. 4. Travel a minimum of 50% of the time in related area. Requirements: 1. Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering. 2. Must have good oral and written communications skills and excellent interpersonal skills. 3. Should be self starter, highly energetic, flexible, capable of making sound project decisions, and detail orientated. 5.
