【实习】法国兴业银行—人力资源部实习生

岗位职责
- Recruitment supporting (South China), CV screening, interview arrangement, document preparation;
- Intern management (South China): whole procedures from CV screening, recruitment, on board till intern off board;
- Preparation of welcome pack for new joiner;
- New Staff Orientation and training sessions local coordination;
- Other daily ad-hoc tasks or projects supporting.
岗位要求
1. Education background & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills and analytical thinking;
- Major in HR, foreign languages, Management, Law or has internship experiences will be a plus;
- Familiar with MS Office, Outlook;
- Efficient time management and paper work preparation/arrangement skill, detail-oriented.
2. Language requirement:
- Well versed in both English and Chinese (verbal and writing)
3. Work Period:
- Could work for 6 months and 4 days per week
