一、Motor Project coordinator
Industry: Oil & Gas
Business Segment: Well Performance Service, D&S
Entity: GE Oil & Gas Equipment (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.
Responsibility
1.Work with project leader of E56 motor.
2.Coordinate with local team to track the execution status of the sample building up.
3.Take the necessary actions to help Baodi team
Requirement:
1.Bachelor or master degree in Engineering
2.Outstanding academic achievements (Top 25% of class) or a minimum of a 3. GPA on a 4. scale is preferred
3.Strong oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
4.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
5.Strong analytical and problem solving skills
6.Able to coordinate many tasks concurrently
7.The ability to motivate others

二、Material planner & system support
Industry: Oil & Gas
Business Segment: Well Performance Service, D&S
Entity: GE Oil & Gas Equipment (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.
Responsibility
1.Assist to manage the raw material for production
2.Work with materials and production team to assess the adoption ratio and the disconnection with daily operation activities for syteline (ERP) system
3.Find out the gap of process and the improvement opportunities
4.Support the process change to improve the adoption ration and data accuracy.
Requirement:
1.Bachelor or master degree in Engineering
2.Outstanding academic achievements (Top 25% of class) or a minimum of a 3. GPA on a 4. scale is preferred
3.Strong oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
4.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Position 1---Quality 管培生
- Reads blueprints or engineering specifications to obtain product information such as specified material, surface finish, and dimensions.
  阅读设计图纸和工程说明书，获取有关产品用料，表面处理及尺寸等方面信息并核对图纸中尺寸数值。
- Controls and keeps for relevant documentation and record in inspection area.
  检验用相关文件和记录的控制和保管。
- Knows and participates in process nonconforming product control. Problem solving using data from NCR, CAR and CPR systems.
  了解和参与实施生产过程中对不合格产品的控制。使用来自NCR、CAR和CPR系统的数据解决问题
- Assists QA to make weekly, monthly quality reports and train the inspectors.
  协助质量保证工程师完成相关质量周报、月报工作和培训检验员。

Position 2---Operation 管培生
- Report to Production Manager about daily planning. 向生产部经理汇报工作
- Make suggestion on machining process to meet the efficiency/quality requirement. Optimize existing process to keep continue improvement.
对加工工艺提出改善意见以达到效率和质量的要求。不断优化现有工艺并进行持续改进。
- Design machining method/programme for machined part according to drawings requirement and design necessary fixtures for machined parts.
根据图纸的要求对加工零件编写加工工艺及程序，设计相应的加工工装。
- Work with Tool setter/machining supervisor to analyze any defective machined part and analyze any machining accident.
协同刀具工程师和加工主管对所有加工缺陷零件进行分析并纠正。分析所有的加工事故并对其设定纠正和预防措施。

Position 3--- Material 管培生
- Make production plan based on order form.
根据定单制定下达生产部门的生产计划
- Submit raw material and parts purchase application in relation to production plan.
根据计划安排，提交所有原材料及配件的采购申请
- Follow production arrangement and procedure based on production plan.
根据生产计划，跟踪生产安排及生产进程
- Responsible for production plan, besides, balance and adjust production schedule accordingly.
协调生产计划,平衡及调整生产进度
- Monitor inventory status and take effective measures to insure inventory cycle.
监控库存状况，采取相应的纠正措施，以确保库存周转并减少库存量

Position 1---Customer Service
1、系统订单录入
2、系统数据核对
3、根据系统订单安排发货

Position 2，3---Engineering 管培生
1、系统数据输入与文件管理
2、为客户打印图纸
