Candidates may be required to relocate during their tenure in the program. Participants are engaged in a range of learning experiences including cross functional assignments, mentoring, assessments, and career planning and networking. These experiences are provided by rotating to various sites and through annual training programs offered only to those who are program participants. These annual training events include networking opportunities with our executive leadership team. Key Success Factors - High technical competence and customer responsiveness; - Innovation to propose and develop continuous improvements which meet the needs of the BUs; - Assimilation of core technologies and culture and their ability to change when expected. Functional Competencies - Develop functional expertise and team work skills; - Positioned for next level of functional relative responsibility; - Become an ambassador and mentor in China Engineer Development Program for future classes; - Positioned as high potential for future growth opportunities and leadership development programs to propel their careers; - Works with passion for excellence. 任职要求: Requirements: 1- 2020 Master Degree graduates, major in Chemical relative disciplines, in mechanical or instrument; Bachelor degree with excellent learning capability will also considered; 2- Good English (verbal and writing), CET 6 or above; 3- Team-work spirit; 4- Good logic thinking, problem solving skills; 5- Strong interest in developing Technical/Technological knowledge 6- Willing to work in manufacturing sites |
